Drop Off:

Elite kids enjoy the comfort and activity of the playroom while parents may leave the club to run errands, shop or dine. Parents sign in as usual, then record cell numbers, emergency contacts, and signature in the Drop Off book and you're on your way. Please see the playroom staff for rates and restrictions.

  • It's my first time! What do I do?
  • If you've got a few minutes let's try to get to know each other and let our playroom staff explain the forms. After that, just enjoy yourself at the club because we'll do our best to make sure your child(ren) have fun.

  • Is there a time limit for the playroom?
  • Yes there is a limit for the playroom. 90 minutes for infants (children who are not stable walkers) and 2 hours per day for children. You can only come once a day even if you didn't use all your time up.

Drop off has a 3 hour limit.

  • What happens if I am late to pick up my child?
  • If you are late, (you have a 5 minute grace period) you get a one time charge of $8 per child and then a $2.50 charge per child every 15 minutes.

  • What should I bring for my child?
  • Please label ALL of your child's things.

Infant: Bring a bottle and/or food if needed, diapers, wipes, and a change of clothing.

Toddler: Bring a sippy cup, diapers, wipes, and a change of clothing.

Child: A security blanket or something to calm your child if they tend to need it.

  • Where should I keep my child's things while they are in the playroom?
  • Coats or diaper bags (labeled) should be hung up on the coat hangers.

  • What can't I bring for my child?
  • Anything containing nuts, gum, suckers, or toys. (The playroom is not liable for lost items.)

  • How does the playroom deal with allergies?
  • If a child has any allergies please inform the playroom staff. They will normally place a band on the child's wrist with the allergy written on it. You will also be required to fill out a form when you first start coming to the playroom that provides a space to indicate any allergens.

  • What should I do if my child is sick?
  • Leave the child(ren) at home! If they are too sick to go to school or go play with friends, please do not bring them to the playroom. If the playroom staff at any time feels that your child is sick, they reserve the right to immediately send the child home with the parent. The child is then not allowed in the playroom for at least 24 hours.

  • How does the playroom staff manage behavioral issues and discipline?
  • We always try to redirect, and use positive reinforcement. When needed, we will put a child in a time out for a couple minutes and then try to redirect. If a child hurts another child, and they continue to do so even after the discipline and redirection, parents will be asked to remove the child from the playroom. If a child continues to hurt other children or attendants on following days, they will be banned from the playroom for 2 weeks. Time will increase until child is able to control him/herself. We don't do this because we enjoy it, but rather to keep a safe environment for everyone.

  • What kind of summer programming does Elite offer for my child?
  • For the older children we offer a day camp called Scamp. For children 4-9 we do "playroom parties" about once a month, and you can always check the playroom calendar for more activities and events.

Kid's Playroom Rules:

  1. Don't hurt me, I don't hurt you. We don't like to be hit, poked, pinched or hurt in any way, do you?
  2. It's more fun to play together and share, so let's do that.
  3. My mom and grandma don't like it when I throw things and neither does the playroom staff. So I better not do it at Elite's playroom.
  4. Treat others the way I would like to be treated (We like it when we are nice to each other, don't you?)
  5. Inside voices. This means we don't yell, scream, or use too loud of voices-otherwise it makes it hard for us to hear anything else, and we just don't like it when it's too noisy.
  6. No bullying. "0" tolerance zone. This means no name calling or making other kids feel bad about themselves.
  7. Nose Dirt (boogies) belong in our nose or a tissue. It is not allowed anywhere else-YUCK!!!
  8. We love to play with our toys, but we need to take care of them as well, so no breaking or borrowing them from the playroom. They are for everyone to share and enjoy in the playroom.
  9. I have to clean up the toys when I am done playing with them.
  10. I only eat and drink at the table. Food and drinks should never mix with toys and books or they will get ruined.
