Taking time to relax and renew your body is essential to living well. 

In Restorative Yoga, postures will be modified and supported with props in a sequence that will encourage relaxation. We will practice being in poses rather than doing poses.  The majority of restorative yoga poses are  practiced lying on the floor.Gentle attention will be directed toward the breath.
