“Amazingly Different” Diet & Nutrition 2012!
Orientation for this 8 week program starts the week of January 9 (alternate weeks start January 23), just in time for your New Year's Resolutions! Choose from three selections of diets that best fit your lifestyle and fitness endeavors. Diets concentrate on eliminating sugar; while emphasizing high quality proteins and modified carbohydrates. Weekly thirty-minute classes record body composition, body measurements, and body weight. Special emphasis is placed on frequent workout schedules, with a fitness program review completed by a personal trainer. Good food & good fitness!
$66 per month; personal training time additional.
