Grace has a plan for that rear attitude, to flatten our belly, and blast fat everywhere! Includes: One-hour workout twice a week, fitness initial evaluation & reevaluation, nutritional guidance & food journal. Participants must train twice a week and complete 6 week plan to obtain results.
