Juniors

At Elite, we recognize that a strong fitness program is important for the whole family. That’s why we offer “junior hours” in which our clubs encourage members age 12 and up to use the fitness center and multi-sports courts (typically, these times are 3:30-5:30pm weekdays/1-5pm weekends). We offer a special class on fitness, nutrition, and exercise for our young members to help get them started. In addition, our fitness staff will put together a personalized, age-appropriate workout program, with special attention given to growing bones and muscles.
