Each class offers a variety from class to class and between instructors. Elite Sports Clubs' classes provide a sociable, yet motivating atmosphere. Through our 5 different categories of Group Exercise classes, members can get a full-body workout throughout the week without ever going into the fitness center. HOT YOGAThis class features an invigorating and challenging series of flowing postures done in a heated room usually maintained at a temperature of 85-100 degrees. A vigorous yoga session at this temperature makes the body very warm and therefore more flexible while also deeply detoxifying the body. |
VINYASA YOGAThis class features an energetic, creative, full spectrum vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina, and balance. A dynamic flow of postures synchronized with movement and breath creates a more balancing effect. |
